Please amplify such as, the Tennessee River Racers have applied for AUVSI and Charitable Foundation grants for the elementary school FIRST Robotics competitions since 1995. We have received grants each year and it has expanded from 1 to 4 teams then middle school from 1 to 2 teams and the high school has one team since 2005 and have received grant money each year. The monies have been used for competition registrations, kits, replacement equipment and travel to state level competitions after winning at the local level.

Include planned events (Schedule of how the monies will be used over period of project.) is it 30 days or 6 months or 1 year?
   For example:
1)  Our team is formed, and we are applying for funding to register for upcoming competition to be held by NAME OF ORGANIZATION, to be held in LOCATION on  DATE.  The fee is $???, and we have already applied to Tennessee Valley Authority and our sponsors for potential sources.
 2) Our team will be working during the period of October through February with the First Robotics League and the designated Kits for the 2022-2023 competition year.  We need $ ??? for spare batteries ($??), and consumable parts (??), and team shirts (??). We plan to spend the money in October and November.  If we are successful, we would like to come back and request additional grant for next higher level of competition, in the February-April time frame.
